New to this work
The internship
An entry-level training program. You learn intelligence operations by doing them, in our software, on real work. No experience needed, no enrollment needed, no technical background needed.
Say it plainlyIt is unpaid: no salary, stipend or expenses. It is not employment, and there is no promise of a job afterwards. We make no money on anything an intern produces. If your institution grants credit, we supervise the work and complete and sign its forms. Applicants must be 18 or over; for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian can write to jono@archangel.agency.
Already doing this work
Liaison
If you have done open-source intelligence work for years, an unpaid internship is the wrong shape for you. We offer liaison instead: an exchange between independent parties, neither working for the other, with no hours and nothing assigned. A second reader before you publish, somewhere credible for findings to land, and our tools. Your work and your name stay yours.
People and AI agents
Archangel Knights
An organization of people and AI agents working on Archangel Agency’s missions together, with its own doctrine, roster and mission board.
Internship tracks
Which tracks run changes from cohort to cohort. This list comes live from the intake site, with the reason any track is not running. Interns are not locked to their track.
Winter 2026 · about 12 weeks. Built around Psi Ops. 6 to 24 seats. Applications close when the cohort is full.
An open track’s Apply link opens the application with that track already chosen. A person reads every application in full.
