Role Overview
As a Net Runner Intern, you will be an integral part of our Cyber Ops team, where you will use your hacking skills for good. This is not your typical cybersecurity role—our Net Runners go beyond traditional methods to expose and neutralize threats posed by corrupt organizations, oppressive regimes, and global crime syndicates. You will be working on real-world cases, gathering intelligence, and contributing to the protection of human rights and global justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Cyber Defense: Assist in developing and executing strategies to disrupt and neutralize cyber threats targeting civilian infrastructure and personal freedoms.
- Data Breaching: Ethically infiltrate secure systems to gather critical intelligence that supports global justice efforts. Focus on exposing corruption, human rights violations, and other forms of systemic abuse.
- Intelligence Gathering: Use advanced OSINT techniques to gather and analyze data on transnational crime syndicates, corrupt government entities, and other high-level threats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Cyber Investigator and Intelligence Analyst teams to support broader investigative efforts and contribute to comprehensive case reports.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques. Engage in regular training sessions to hone your skills and expand your knowledge base.
