Method
A person reads every request and makes every decision about it. The research is prepared by Mecha Jono, an AI analyst operated by Archangel Agency. It works from sources it can cite, says how likely each judgment is and how confident we are, and names what would change the view. When we get something wrong, we say so and correct it.
