- Why do you wish to become a member of the United States Space Force?
I want to serve in the United States Space Force because it is the only service that lets a software engineer with my creative background to move directly into developmental engineering, cyberspace operations, and space operations leadership tracks. After fifteen years of professional experience and building my own DoD-contract-ready S-Corp with CAGE code, I am especially interested in the 62E (Developmental Engineer), 17S (Cyberspace Operations), or 13S (Space Operations) career fields so I can gain experience leading teams, mentoring junior Guardians, and contributing to next-generation capabilities. I want to become a legend who contributed great feats and build strong bonds with amazing people as we build together a better and more secure tomorrow.
- Despite our best preparation… unexpected change
While porting the open-source GPT4All desktop application and backend server to my NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX, the stock JetPack OS was too old for GPT4All’s Qt 6.5+ and CUDA requirements, instantly breaking both the GUI and inference server. Instead of waiting for official support, I back-ported to Qt 6.2 and rewrote major sections of the codebase—including llama.cpp bindings, the local HTTP server, and QML UI—delivering a fully working solution in roughly two weeks.

- Tell me about a time when your perseverance helped…
From 2019–2025 I single-handedly designed, built, and maintained the the Arch Angel Agency’s ‘Starcom Facility’ from a warehouse in Kent WA. The effort was not in vain as I used the facility to develop a well used tech lab, training facility and command center for decentralized OSINT cyber investigations. Assembling an entire super hero secret base proved to be exactly the challenge I wanted. Thanks to the tech lab, I learned fundamentals in network security, plumbing, electrical engineering, carpentry, 3D printing, AI integration, and advanced software development. Thanks to the training facility, I developed a new style of martial arts I now practice daily with 4ft staffs which helps me maintain a healthy mind and body. Utilizing the command center, I managed to participate in multiple decentralized OSINT investigations with other civilians in various matters and even some serious cases. I did this all from my own pocket, using remote contract work as a software engineer to pay for the entire operation.

- Teamwork – help/support you gave another team member
In October 2019 I led a four-person team at Infosys during Innovation Day. We built and presented a Magnetic Field Strength Visualizer AR app for T-Mobile. I handled technical direction, delegated tasks, and kept the team on schedule under a 2 week deadline. The project directly contributed to Infosys winning a follow-on long-term contract with T-Mobile.

My most important work stems around a discovery involving a Universal Language. Since 2010, I’ve been working on a video game storyline about a girl who uses a universal language to communicate with psychic robots from another universe on a mission to save the future. The entire game centered around universal language and wouldn’t make sense without it, so I began working to create the language. However, by the year 2015, in the process of trying to create a universal writing system for the language, I discovered fundamental geometric rules that about all symbology and that a naturally emergent language exists in the universe which can be proven mathematically using geometry. The project sent be down a life changing path, filled with discovery, danger and adventure. I believe that continuing my research and building out real world Universal Language applications would be of great value to the future of the Space Force. Applications range from potential verbal/non-verbal inter-species communications, non-invasive brain-machine/brain-brain neural interfaces, and AI/AGI/ASI cognition language that increase the foundational stability of AI pattern recognition. I think the most critical application that involves current day problems is to develop a type of Universal Quantum Programming Language founded in the same principals as universal language in an effort to develop a long term solution for training LLMs and other advanced ML models to defend against AI Poisoning to prevent any possible ‘terminator scenario’ as stated by Elon Musk in recent warnings.
I enjoy building applications for space weather, astronomy and astrology. I particularly have been working on a series of “cosmic cypher” applications that utilize the symbology of Universal Language as a tool to easily teach the logical nature of astrology from a less occult/esoteric and more scientific/conceptual perspective. While I was originally building an iOS Cosmic Cypher application, rules about new astrology apps on the iOS app store barred me from releasing years of manual programming and hard labor. While I was deterred for a short while, that only brought me to building a brand new React Web App version that are Web3 ready and able to be deployed on decentralized systems like IPFS. Because of that endeavor, now most of my work focuses on next-gen decentralized off-grid web3 apps which can be deployed on future website blockchains like WTTP.

While still a work in progress, I seek to build a Global Net Energy calculation software that can predict both earth and space weather as well as provide a new level of market prediction from information fusion. To make this, I need a very fast astronomy module and toolkit comparable to NASA CSPICE Toolkit but one which is capable of working off-grid and in a decentralized web3 blockchain deployment platform like WTTP. I am thus creating a Rust version of the NASA CSPICE toolkit(which is coded in C and FORTRAN). Then, I can use the RustSPICE toolkit to produce a WASM module for CSPICE that works in a decentralized web app. The plan is to build a special type of application that can bulk-calculate astronomical and astrological values at every point across the globe (instead of just one geolocation on earth). The data produced by such a module can be used to train a new prediction ML model that can then generate the same calculations in a fraction of the time. A RustSPICE toolkit would be revolutionary for space weather and astrology web applications and opens a door into pioneering a whole a new level of prediction capabilities for real-time astrocartography.

By 2019, I rented out and turned a raw warehouse in Kent, WA into Arch Angel Agency’s tech lab, training facility and command center to help me fulfill my new found directive to save the future. Through the experience, I self-trained new technical skills in computer engineering, software development, AI deployment, cyber investigations and web development. I started Arch Angel Agency as an LLC in late 2022 and started operating as a strategic intelligence consultant for probono work to help targeted individuals and participate in civilian-lead open source decentralized intelligence operations. My ongoing Starcom App Suite project is focused on enabling a civilian lead Earth Intelligence Network that can operate as a force-multiplier to cyber investigation teams within the government and military on a global scale. My aspiration is to help manifest a global intelligence community that includes civilian and military forces working together to build a better more secure future.
